The Eurofarma Nursing Center offers high-quality technical training, preparing young people for a promising career in the health sector. Our program is fully subsidized by the Eurofarma Institute and includes monthly fees, uniforms, teaching materials, transportation vouchers and a monthly basic food basket.


Program Objectives


The program seeks to develop essential skills and abilities for the training of Nursing Technicians with a critical and contextualized vision. Students will be trained to act as members of multidisciplinary teams at different levels of health care, caring for non-critical, critical patients and/or patients with special demands. Furthermore, they will learn to plan, program and guide nursing activities within the limits of their activities.

To participate in the selection process you must:


    Be between 18 and 29 years of age (in August 2024).Have completed high school.Have been a public school student during 3 years of high school.Reside in Montes Claros (MG).

How does it work?

Those approved in the selection process will begin the Preparatory Course for Technical Nursing Education (PETE) in which they will receive Portuguese and Mathematics classes to carry out the assessment at the end of the 4th month of preparation.


The 40 highest achievers will receive a full 2-year scholarship to study at one of our partner technical schools.

The Nursing Technical Course offers complete training, combining theory and practice to ensure that students are prepared to face the challenges of the profession and contribute significantly to improving the quality of life of patients and communities.

I returned to studying in 2006 in another class and completed the course in 2008. I always had in my head that this was the opportunity to give myself and my daughter a better future. When I started the course I was 20 years old, and this course was the opportunity I had to change my life. Among 300 people in the selection process, I was among those who would reach the end of the course. To this day, I still cherish the cold-weather blouse from my time on the course; for me, it was a turning point. Before finishing the course I was already working in the area, I was the first in the class to join, still an intern, with no experience, but very prepared.   • What is the profile of Eurofarma Institute students?

    To take the Nursing Technician Preparatory Course, you must be between 18 and 29 years old and have completed 3 years of high school in a public school. The target audience is made up of young people in situations of economic vulnerability and family income will be observed to prioritize registrations.

  • Do I need to pay anything for the courses?

    The courses offered by Instituto Eurofarma are 100% free. All basic materials and equipment are paid for by the institution. The only amount invested by the candidate is related to their transportation, from home/school to the unit and back home.

  • Can I get a student card through the Institute?

    In the preparatory course, it is not possible to obtain a student card, as it is a free course.

  • A Eurofarma employee recommended me to take a course. What should I do?

    Register on the website and fill in the details correctly. Unfortunately, the recommendation is not a guarantee of a place, as we observe the selection criteria for each course for all candidates.

  • I registered, participated in the selection process, but my name is not on the approved list, can I register again for the next class?

    Yes, you can re-register for the next course offering. Note that there is no forecast for future classes after the current one.

  • I started a course at Instituto Eurofarma, but I stopped halfway through the course. Can I participate in the selection process again?

    If you interrupted the course and the reason cannot be proven by medical certificates or study declarations, you will have to wait two years to try to take another course at the Eurofarma Institute.

  • Will I receive a certificate?

    The preparatory course does not have a certificate.

  • I registered on the website. What should I do now?

    The candidate must wait for contact from the Instituto Eurofarma team via email and Whatsapp. Contact may occur throughout the registration period and/or after it closes. Therefore, it is very important that candidates remain calm and constantly check their inbox for spam and junk mail.

  • How long are the courses?

    The preparatory course lasts approximately 4 months (September to December 2024).

  • Does Instituto Eurofarma partner for a discount or scholarship for each training course with other institutions or schools?

    When the Eurofarma Institute defines any partnership, the projects are always informed through the organization's official channels (website, official WhatsApp, etc.).
